MEETINGS
Simpliday is connected through CalDav - tech language meaning that every meeting you have in your iPhone can also be found in Simpliday. When you create a new meeting in Simpliday, we will send it to your other calendars as well – so you have all your meetings in all your calendars.
REMINDERS
Create and assign reminders. Add files and descriptions so that the person carrying out the reminder has everything he/she needs to get the job done - be it a colleague at work, a neighbour or your partner.
E-MAIL
Connect your Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, iCloud, Exchange(EWS) or any IMAP account to Simpliday to make sure that you have all the email accounts you need in the same inbox.
DOCUMENTS
Connect Simpliday to Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud and OneDrive in order to add the files you want to your meetings & reminders.
CONTACTS
Simpliday uses the contacts already stored in your iPhone, to make sure you can easily schedule meetings and assign reminders within your network.

I like that app !
Few suggestions : having an option to limit repeated event; also, i work on shift, would love to be able to preset event and be able to add them freely without a repeating pattern !
Its a great planner.i love the look and layout of it. I wish they also had the app for iPads so I could sync all my devices together. Its the only reason I havent switched over to this planner alone. If they can come out with an iPad version, Ill ditch my other planner app.
I have been looking for an integrated todo app for a long time. Simplidays workflow is intuitive. It is a joy to use and a lot of thought has gone into what the user needs to do next The setup and integration with other apps is for the most part seamless. I am looking forward to see what gems will be in the next version. Keep up the great work team.
I love the vision of this app. Imagine having a common place for your meetings, todos and email. Sounds good to me. Sign me up! I like the visuals, the calming backgrounds, the “one stop shop” for all my important scheduling info.
Looked and worked great, then I lost all information/ meetings -nearly lost my mind! Contacted customer service who did an astounding job of helping me get back on track- Im so glad because it is a great app I highly recommend it!
Quickly after downloading the app I felt in love with its design and functionality.
Highly recommend it for people like me who want to use meetings, todos and emails in one app. :-)
Some bad moments
Looks great on paper. When your todo comes up it doesnt give you any notifications. Kind of important. I deleted it immediately. Easy just to use the iPhones reminders and calendar
Tried to connect to my exchange account but it fails repeatedly. No point to have this if I cant connect to the calendar and email there. Deleted the app. Why it was sponsored on Facebook I have no idea, guess they dont test this stuff first before promoting it.
I downloaded this app a while back just to try it out. I dont even remember my experience with it, to be honest. I since deleted it, but kept getting notification emails to confirm my account. After I expressed some frustration with my experience, I received an incredibly condescending message from the Simpliday team. I normally dont write terribly critical reviews, but since this team is creating a product with users needs in mind, I have an expectation that they they at least address user feedback with a bit of respect and understanding. If a creator is willing to talk to a user like theyre an idiot, they likely think the user IS an idiot, and...is that a product developer you want to support?
Love the idea, but the app doesnt work well. I cant sink my phone calendar or my iCloud account. Customer service wasnt able to solve the problem either.
This was by far the worst organization app Ive tried. It wasnt organized. It was tedious, and wouldnt save my meetings. It was time consuming and annoying. Its a waste of space. The whole set up is annoying and not convenient in any way. Dont waste your time on this, I wasted mine.
I downloaded the app and was quickly excited by the thought that this could be the app that I have been looking for, for a long time! I immediately went in to the options to purchase the premium features, my dreams were crushed by a subscription based service. I continue to wait...
